Due to the fact that some of our stock items are hand made in store upon order, delivery times can be different depending on the item purchased.

  • Available stock and one-off items will be dispatched within 48 hours.
  • Any item marked as ‘hand made‘ or ‘custom made‘ will be dispatched within 10 working days.
  • An additional delay may be caused by certain ring sizes, although we will inform you if such a case applies to your purchase.

Postal Information

  • We offer free shipping on all orders £100 and over. For items under this value, there is a set charge of £2.99.
  • All standard delivery items are sent via 48 hour delivery with the Royal Mail meaning you should receive your item within 2 working days after your order has been processed.
  • We offer a next day delivery service where we send out your order via special delivery guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm. The cost for this service is £4.99 and can be purchased with all orders.
  • For international delivery, we charge a flat fee of £14.99. This is to ensure we’re able to send your order in the fastest possible manner and to make sure it’s insured throughout transit.
  • If you would like to have your item delivered on a Saturday, we process all Saturday deliveries on the next available Friday regardless of when ordered. The charge for this is £9.99 and can be used with any order.
