We offer a free sizing service on all our items before we dispatch, simply send us a message after you have purchased the item with your desired ring size. However please note the following:
1) Items will not be refunded if you request a sizing prior to dispatch
2) Some ring designs will only allow limited sizing (please read item description carefully).
Any item returned without a fault will only be refunded the purchase amount (i.e. we will not refund the cost of postage). Returned items will also be subject to inspection upon return, and we will not refund if we deem the item to be damaged or altered from its original description.

- Guaranteed Next Day Delivery can be purchased for any item for a fee of £7.99. For orders placed Friday via NDD, orders should be expected on the next working day (Monday).
- For orders placed Friday, a Saturday delivery option can be purchased for £9.99 If purchased on any other day, we will hold your order until Friday so we can ensure delivery is made on Saturday.
- International orders can be dispatched worldwide for a cost of £14.99. Depending on the destination, delivery is usually 7-10 workings days.
- For high-value items, Express International Delivery (2-3 days) via FedEx can purchased for £39.99, including associated taxes.
