In order to sell your gold with us, you need to;
- Separate your gold and other metals into different piles with 9ct, 18ct etc being separated (it doesn’t matter if there is a colour mix, i.e. 9ct Rose gold and 9ct White gold so long as it’s all 9ct). Once separated, weigh each metal type and use our handy gold pricing calculator to see how much you could make.
- Fill in the rest of our contact form so we have your details and know to expect your gold in the post.

Presuming you’ve weighed your gold correctly and sent it off, we will payout on the day we receive your items. If there are any discrepancies in weight or metal type, we will always phone you to go over a final price and your preferred payment method.
Yes, selling your gold with us online is just as safe and easy as any other online gold buying website. We highly recommended sending in your gold via Royal Mail Special Delivery so your contents are insured during transit.
The difference with us and some sites is we offer your a minimum price (presuming your weights are accurate) and can offer more if the pieces of gold have resale value via our website.

Usually, on the same day, you agree to sell your item. If you send your item in via the post, we call to confirm your items have arrived and to confirm the price based on the weight. If the price changes from the day you filled in the calculator and us receiving your gold, we would honour the price given online should the weight match up.
We then send out your money via an instant bank transfer, however, if you’d prefer an alternative method such as cheque or PayPal, we can try to accommodate your needs. Also if you do this in-store, we can hand over the value of your gold in cash.
We ship your items back via next day delivery. If you send your items in to us without weighing them or not happy with any weight/pricing discrepancies i.e. you calculated the price based on 18ct gold and not 9ct or the weight’s don’t match up with our jewellery weighing scales, we can send the items back to you via next day delivery so you’re not without them for long.
