1) The sizing cost will not be refunded if you request a sizing prior to dispatch
2) Some ring designs will only allow limited sizing (please read item description carefully).
Any item returned without a fault will only be refunded the purchase amount (i.e. we will not refund the cost of postage). Returned items will also be subject to inspection upon return, and we will not refund if we deem the item to be damaged or altered from its original description.

- For orders placed Friday, a Saturday delivery option can be purchased for £9.99 If purchased on any other day, we will hold your order until Friday so we can ensure delivery is made on Saturday.
- International orders can be dispatched worldwide for a cost of £14.99. Depending on the destination, delivery is usually 7-10 workings days.
- For high-value items, Express International Delivery (2-3 days) via FedEx can purchased for £39.99, including associated taxes.
